1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk939 platform available at pk939.ws (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of pk939 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk939 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on pk939, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is non-negotiable regardless of local convention.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and artificial persons may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of any employee of pk939 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where pk939 has formally restricted access.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by pk939 or any recognised responsible gaming body, that is currently in effect.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) pk939 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, device, CNIC, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Specifically:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes.
• A valid and personally controlled email address.
• Your correct date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.

pk939 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration is a ground for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4 KYC Verification

pk939 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all account holders. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, and at any point during the lifecycle of your account.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Both front and back sides are required.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your current residential address in Pakistan, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, pk939 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used to fund your account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk939 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

5 Deposits

pk939 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Raast / 1LINK.

The following deposit conditions apply at all times:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your pk939 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• pk939 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pk939 balance within two (2) minutes of a confirmed transaction. In cases of delay exceeding thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• pk939 reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be satisfactorily verified or if it triggers anti-money-laundering controls.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to all verified pk939 account holders. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case pk939 support will advise on an alternative procedure.
• Withdrawals may not be processed to any account or wallet that is not registered in your own name and verified under your pk939 KYC profile.
• pk939 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• pk939 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not withdrawable. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have cleared wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk939 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. The following general bonus rules apply to all pk939 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and over who are in good standing and have completed KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period.
• pk939 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated tools, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on pk939, including cricket, PSL markets, virtual sports, and all other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk939 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after placement except where explicitly provided for by specific sport or market rules.
• pk939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system malfunction.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are published separately.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, event, and account tier. pk939 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any individual account at its discretion.
• Ante-post bets — those placed before the official start of a competition — carry the risk that an outcome may be a non-runner or that the event structure changes. pk939's specific ante-post rules govern settlement in such circumstances.
• Any bet placed using funds that are later found to be fraudulent or obtained by way of a bonus abuse will be voided regardless of outcome.

9 Casino Games

pk939's casino product, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games including Monster Crash, and virtual table games, is powered by certified third-party game providers. The following conditions apply to all casino gaming activity:

• All casino games on pk939 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and are subject to the rules presented within the game interface at the time of play. Those rules govern settlement of live dealer rounds.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, pk939's systems will record the last confirmed game state. The round will be settled based on that recorded state or, where possible, the round will be completed when the connection is re-established.
• pk939 is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in game delivery caused by your internet connection, device performance, or third-party network infrastructure.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may differ marginally from the amount awarded at the time a jackpot is won, due to the real-time nature of jackpot calculations across a shared player pool.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk939 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using any software, bot, script, macro, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker or live casino games, to gain an advantage over pk939 or other players.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to transact funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any attempt to recover deposited funds through payment reversal while retaining winnings or bonus funds.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at pk939 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours applies before any increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: You may set alerts that notify you when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion of between thirty (30) days and twelve (12) months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will receive no marketing communications, and you will not be able to reverse the exclusion until its expiry (in the case of temporary exclusion).

12 Account Suspension & Closure

pk939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting or use of prohibited software.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where funds are confirmed to be legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, they will be returned to the original payment source net of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in all cases.

You may voluntarily close your pk939 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not excuse any outstanding obligations you have to pk939 under these Terms.

13 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk939 Platform — including but not limited to the pk939 name, logo, brand marks, game interfaces, software, graphics, data, text, page layouts, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any pk939 brand mark or trade name in any manner without prior written authorisation from pk939.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk939 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or system downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, provided that pk939 acts promptly to investigate and rectify such errors.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

In no event shall pk939's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk939 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk939's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk939 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pk939's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact pk939 support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint, the relevant transaction or event references, and the resolution you are seeking. pk939 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.

If you are not satisfied with pk939's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under pk939's gaming license, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pk939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk939 will notify registered account holders by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
